Deposit & Scheduling
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your date/time is confirmed once the deposit is received.
Access & Utilities
Client provides access to the unit and working electricity + water. For move-out cleanings, the unit must be empty.
Cancellations / Reschedules
Reschedules with notice are fine. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee due to reserved crew time.
Scope & Add-ons
Estimates are based on photos/details provided. If conditions differ on arrival, pricing may adjust before we proceed.
Heavy Buildup / Specialty Items
Excessive grease, mold, biohazards, pest waste, or smoke damage require special treatment and may be excluded or quoted separately.
Satisfaction Walkthrough
We do a final walkthrough. Any touch-ups must be requested before the team leaves to ensure immediate resolution.
Tip: For best results, please remove personal items and ensure clear access to all areas to be cleaned.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not required. Many clients provide entry instructions. We’ll confirm access details before arrival.
Is this a flat price or can it change?
Estimates are based on the information/photos provided. If the condition or scope is different on arrival, we’ll confirm any adjustment before starting.
What’s included in a Move-Out Cleaning?
A full reset for an empty unit: kitchen + bathrooms, floors, baseboards, surfaces, doors/trim, and detailed wipe-downs. Add-ons are confirmed in advance.
Do you move furniture?
Light items only. For heavy furniture, we clean around/under what is safely movable. Move-out cleanings should be vacant for best results.
Do you bring your own supplies & equipment?
Yes. We bring professional tools and products. If special equipment is needed, it will be listed as a line item.
How do deposits work?
The deposit reserves your slot. The remaining balance is due on or before service day per the invoice schedule.
